Instructions
Cook udon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season beef slices with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil.
Heat 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
Add the seasoned beef and stir-fry until cooked to your liking, about 4-5 minutes. Set aside.
In the same wok, add another tablespoon of Sesame Oil.
Stir-fry broccoli, pepper, and carrot until slightly tender, about 4-5 minutes.
Add the cooked udon noodles to the wok with the vegetables.
Drizzle with the remaining Sesame Oil, Sweet Chilli Sauce and Light Soy Sauce.
Pour the Gangnam Kimchi Sauce and Chilli Flakes over the noodles and vegetables.
Toss everything together until well combined, and the noodles are heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the cooked beef back into the wok, tossing to combine with the noodles and vegetables. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
Transfer to serving plates and garnish with Toasted Sesame Seeds and sliced spring onions.
Adjust the level of spiciness by modifying the amount of Chilli Flakes.
