Your World Food Box will be sent through our national delivery partner.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver anywhere within the UK Mainland.

How can I track my order?

You will receive the tracking number via an email once your box leaves our shipment facility. Please be sure to check your spam or promotions tabs and add support@worldfoodbox.co.uk to your contact list to make sure you receive the email.

How will my World Food Box be delivered?

Your World Food Box will be sent through our national delivery partner. Once you place your order, we will be in touch with further delivery instructions.

What if I am out when the delivery arrives?

If you are going to be out you can arrange for your box to be left in a safe place.

My box is damaged, what should I do?

Please email us at support@worldfoodbox.co.uk and we will try our best to resolve any issues.

Your box will contain a collection of ingredients and ready-to-use products and a selection of recipe cards with step-by-step instructions to create delicious recipes.

I am missing an item, what should I do?

In the unlikely event you are missing an item, please email us at support@worldfoodbox.co.uk and we will try our best to resolve any issues.

ACCOUNT

How can I change my shipping address?

To change or edit your shipping address contact us at support@worldfoodbox.co.uk ,and we will be happy to help.

Please keep in mind that we cannot update your shipping address between the order placement and delivery. The shipping address can only be updated before the order is placed or after receipt of the order.

How do I update my credit card or billing address?

Contact us at support@worldfoodbox.co.uk and we will send you a secure link with instructions to change your credit card or billing address.

How do I change the email address in my account?

Contact us at support@worldfoodbox.co.uk from the registered email address in your account and let us know the new email address you would like to change to. Once updated, we will send an email confirmation to the newly registered email address in your account.

How does the World Food Box subscription work?

Your World Food Box subscription will take you through a journey across the world each month. Each box contains a selection of ingredients and ready-to-use products, put together by our team.

In addition, you will receive a selection of recipe cards, featuring an assortment of delicious recipes using the products within your box, inspired by the country of the month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please contact us on 020 3500 2057 or email us at support@worldfoodbox.co.uk Cancellation request must be made at least 5 working days before the renewal date, however, you will be charged for a minimum one-month subscription so the cancellation will come into effect at the next renewal date.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause your subscription at any time. If you wish to do that, please contact us at support@worldfoodbox.co.uk and we will assist.

Can I apply multiple discounts / promotion codes to my order?

Only one discount or promotion code can be applied to an order at any given time.

Can I place a gift order on World Food Box?

Yes, you can place a gift order to anyone you choose on our site. You can pay for the order and give the gift recipient’s address as the shipping address on the order.
